Installation can produce transverse, axial, angular displacement, not subject to pipeline not centered, flange is not parallel and other restrictions
When working, it can reduce the noise transmitted by the structure, with strong shock-absorbing ability. Rubber joints have good comprehensive performance and are widely used in chemical industry, construction, plumbing, fire fighting, electric power and other basic projects.
Rubber joints are mainly used in pipelines with large vibration and frequent changes of heat and cold, which can absorb the vibration generated by the work of the pump, thus reducing the noise and avoiding the loosening of the screws, and thus are also called shock absorbers or vibration dampers.
Rubber flexible joint is a kind of pipeline connection parts, can connect two different materials, different straight through or different axis of the pipeline. The rubber metal pipes are installed free of tension.
The mounting length should be 70mm, do not load on train, twist or bend position.
The installation should be in an easily accessible location where maintenance and inspection of the system is easy to do.
Additional seals are not required, since rubber protrudes at the sealing surface.
Keep the joint away from heat sources such as welding machines or sun light.
Do not assemble the joint directly in touch with rubber surface or other fitting.

Application
