NHFLEX-A TYPE Flanged Single Ball Flexible Rubber Expansion Joints/Shock Absorber/Noise Absorber/Vibration Dumper
Rubber joint features:
Small size, light weight, good elasticity, easy installation and maintenance
Rubber joints consist of inner and outer rubber, cord layer and traveler, which are vulcanized and then combined with metal flanges or loose sleeves of parallel joints, are mainly used in pipelines with large vibration and frequent changes of heat and cold, which can absorb the vibration generated by the work of the pump, thus reducing the noise and avoiding the loosening of the screws, and thus are also called shock absorbers or vibration dampers.
A rubber flexible joint is a type of pipeline connector designed to link pipes of different materials, diameters, or alignment. It accommodates variations in pipeline layout, whether they involve mismatched axes or straight-through connections.
These joints are essential for absorbing deformation and displacement caused by thermal expansion, contraction, vibration, or other dynamic forces in a piping system. By doing so, they help maintain system integrity and ensure safe, continuous operation.
In addition to mechanical flexibility, rubber joints provide excellent vibration isolation and significantly reduce noise transmission through the structure. Their strong shock-absorbing capacity makes them suitable for demanding applications.

Compensating for Thermal Expansion and Contraction: Rubber expansion joints compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations in the pipeline. They prevent excessive stress on the pipeline system due to temperature changes, thereby protecting the pipes from damage.
Absorbing Vibrations and Impacts: Rubber expansion joints absorb stresses caused by vibrations and impacts in the pipeline system, reducing the transmission of vibrations and noise. This helps protect the pipeline and related equipment from damage.
Compensating for Pipe Movements: During installation and operation, pipeline systems may experience certain degrees of pipe movement. Rubber expansion joints compensate for these movements, ensuring the proper functioning of the pipeline system.
Leak Prevention: Rubber expansion joints provide sealing performance in pipeline systems, reducing the risk of leaks and ensuring the safe operation of the pipelines.
